Total local budget expenditure reached 837 billion VND, increasing by 6.4% over the previous year, of which expenditure for development investment was 789 billion VND.

As of December 31, 2024, the province has disbursed VND 3,663 billion, reaching 83.07% of the revenue plan assigned by the Government and 81.65% of the plan assigned by the Provincial People's Council. As of January 20, 2025, disbursement reached VND 3,969 billion, equivalent to 89.99% of the Government's plan and 88.45% of the Provincial People's Council's plan. Estimated disbursement for the whole year of 2024 is VND 4,306 billion, reaching 97.66% of the Government's plan and 95.99% of the Provincial People's Council's plan.

Total capital mobilized from the local banking system reached VND74,900 billion, up 1% compared to the previous month. Total outstanding loans reached VND107,600 billion, also up 1% compared to the previous month. Bad debt accounted for 1.7% of total outstanding loans.
