(Dan Tri) - "In May, the sky is covered with red phoenix flowers", the lyrics of musician Luong Yen dedicated to the flower symbolizing the love of the people of the port city. But phoenix flowers are not alone at Gem Park. Here, there are dozens of flower species competing to bloom throughout the four seasons.
Four seasons shade
On a total area of about 20,000m2 of the entire project, Gem Park dedicates 10,000m2 to the internal park. Inspired by the poetic natural scenery of the land of kimchi, landscape designers create a neat vegetation, so that residents are surrounded by gentle green and colors throughout the four seasons.
The multi-layered vegetation consists of 40 different types of trees, selected and arranged into functional zones. A row of 6m-high areca palms line up at the entrance to welcome guests as a cheerful greeting, in accordance with the traditional concept of feng shui of the Vietnamese people.
Robust date palms with spreading canopies and towering heights are dotted around the two buildings, providing shade and privacy for those living inside.
The sports area has ancient crocodile trees and royal poinciana trees 3.5m high providing shade, decorated with rows of tamarind trees with young green canopies, bringing a fresh, vibrant feeling to sports players.
Coconut trees and palm trees 4-4.5m high are planted around the swimming pool, creating a spacious and relaxing space like a coastal resort. The ancient palm trees spread their large green leaves like a natural umbrella for people to lie in hammocks to enjoy the relaxation by the pool, creating the experience of sitting in hammocks under the palm trees.

Four seasons of flowers
If you are too busy to go to Jeju Island to see the cherry blossoms or miss the poetic Deoksugung Doldam-gil Road in Seoul, residents can still have the shimmering purple flowers above their heads all spring at Gem Park. The road is lined with white bauhinia flowers, creating a romantic scene like a scene from a Korean romance movie. The white bauhinia road is one of the interesting surprises at Gem Park, providing both a poetic scene for couples and a favorite running path to train flexible legs and relieve the stress of life.

The 4-6m high Barringtonia acutangula trees are located at the junction between the Bauhinia road and the Pavilion. In late spring and early summer, there is a performance of Barringtonia acutangula. Barringtonia acutangula is most beautiful at night. In each green canopy, graceful flower chains hang loosely, swaying in the wind. From the 3.5m height of the Pavilion, you can see clusters of Barringtonia acutangula flowers blooming bright red at eye level.
When the cicadas chirp, the royal poinciana trees proudly greet summer with a height of 4m. In autumn, the path is filled with bright yellow chrysanthemums. When autumn passes, the Indian cork tree blooms again. In the quiet scene of winter, the Indian cork tree is like a cluster of red fireworks inviting spring and the moment of New Year's Eve.
Four seasons of fragrance

Slightly lower than the row of Barringtonia acutangula trees, is the row of camphor trees (wild cinnamon) with a height of 3.5 - 4m. Camphor - a favorite herb of many people, with a fragrant scent in late spring, is scattered throughout the park. Yellow and red frangipani flowers with an average height of 2m bloom all year round and give off a gentle fragrance, are planted along the walking path, to bring joy to the elderly for a walk.
White Sua flowers are planted in key locations to shade the children's playground, spreading fragrance on the Bauhinia Street and Pavilion. On spring nights, couples hold hands and walk in the park, under the 4m high Sua flowers, the Sua flowers fall all over their shoulders, spreading fragrance on the way home.
Gem Park landscape was designed by ADU - a design company from the land of kimchi. Inspired by the poetic natural scenery on both sides of the Han River, Korean designers recreated the natural scenery of Seoul in miniature at Gem Park, turning Gem Park into a trendy apartment located among multi-layered vegetation with four seasons of shade and brilliant flowers.
Gem Park apartment project is designed in Korean style with 56 modern multi-storey facilities and a 10ha park.
Investor: NHO Company (Korea) has been present in Vietnam for more than 12 years with many quality projects spread from North - Central - South.
