Working with key leaders of Thach Thanh district, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh assessed: As a mountainous district in the North of Thanh Hoa province, since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee, government, armed forces and people of all ethnic groups in Thach Thanh district have promoted the spirit of solidarity, strived to achieve many results. The economy has grown quite well, the economic structure has shifted in a positive direction, production capacity and economic scale are increasing, the annual state budget revenue exceeds the set target. Average income per capita has been raised, estimated to reach 60.7 million VND by 2025. Culture and society have made progress, social security is ensured. National defense and security are maintained, social order and safety in the area are stable.
Comrade Vu Van Dat, Secretary of Thach Thanh District Party Committee, presented a report on the implementation results of the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term and some contents on Party Congresses at all levels.
Regarding the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo and Plan No. 226-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on organizing Party congresses at all levels towards the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the District Party Committee Standing Committee has seriously implemented according to the instructions of the Central and the province, on schedule and on time to hold Party congresses at all levels towards the 25th Thach Thanh District Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Regarding the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee (12th tenure) on "Some issues of continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently" and Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW of the Party Central Committee on reorganizing the apparatus of the political system, the District Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Party committees at all levels, Party organizations and leaders at all levels and sectors have effectively implemented the reorganization and streamlining, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system of Thach Thanh district.

Regarding the key tasks in 2025, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh requested the Standing Committee and the Party Executive Committee of Thach Thanh district to continue to maintain and promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, determination, and efforts, striving to achieve the highest goals and tasks in 2025 and successfully implement the Resolution of the 25th District Party Congress. Focus on removing difficulties, obstacles, "bottlenecks" and improving the quality of human resources to promote comprehensive development in all fields. Continue to direct the effective implementation of approved plans; review, adjust, supplement and develop new plans according to the provisions of the Law on Planning.
Thach Thanh needs to focus on promoting economic restructuring associated with improving productivity, quality, efficiency and competitiveness, creating momentum to promote rapid and sustainable economic development. Promote administrative reform, improve the investment and business environment, promote digital transformation. Resolutely implement the work of preventing and combating corruption, negativity and waste; strengthen the management, exploitation, effective, economical and sustainable use of resources; strictly implement the provisions of law on mineral exploitation and use.
Regarding the work of Party building and the political system, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Standing Committee of Thach Thanh District Party Committee to do a good job of propaganda and political and ideological work, creating unity in awareness and consensus among cadres, civil servants and public employees on the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus. Along with that, strictly implement Directive No. 35 and Conclusion No. 118 of the Politburo on organizing Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, focusing on building congress documents and preparing personnel well for the next term.

The economy has grown quite well, the economic structure has shifted positively, production capacity and economic scale are increasing; the average growth rate of production value in the period of 2021 - 2025 is estimated at 6.54%; per capita income is estimated at 71.31 million VND... Culture - society has changed positively, people's lives have been improved; national defense - security, social order and safety have been ensured. Party building and the political system have been strengthened; The leadership capacity of party committees and the direction and administration of governments at all levels are improved.

Regarding the implementation of organizational restructuring, Vinh Loc District Party Committee has thoroughly disseminated and promptly and seriously implemented Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW of the Party Central Committee and the policies, directions and instructions of the Central and the province on organizational restructuring; The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has encouraged cadres and civil servants to retire early according to Decree 177/ND-CP and Decree 178/ND-CP of the Government and 6 cadres and civil servants have retired early.
