The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and members of the Organizing Committee to actively and responsibly review all the work that needs to be done; proactively advise the Provincial People's Committee and the Organizing Committee to issue a system of plans and instructions on related contents to carefully prepare the necessary conditions to successfully organize the Summary Ceremony and the Closing Ceremony. It is necessary to actively promote and communicate events, continuously and densely on many mass media channels and social networking platforms , so that the Closing Ceremony can take place in a worthy manner.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that departments, branches, localities, and sub-committees must focus to the maximum, promote the highest sense of responsibility, concentrate maximum human and material resources to ensure success, create a spread to all classes of people, domestic and foreign tourists. In particular, relevant departments, branches, localities, members of each sub-committee must closely follow Plan No. 4191/KH-BTC dated October 31, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee; clearly and specifically assign tasks to each individual, associated with time and responsibility; proactively, closely and scientifically coordinate throughout the implementation process. In case of necessity, organize direct consultations to resolve problems.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to fully and specifically count the tasks, on that basis classify the work groups associated with the completion time, regularly check and urge the implementation process. At the same time, absorb the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting, promptly complete the plan to ensure the success of the Summary Ceremony and Closing Ceremony. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also noted the need to deploy plans to ensure traffic safety; perform reception and logistics tasks carefully; ensure security, food hygiene and safety and health for delegates attending the ceremony.
