On the afternoon of July 22, the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation (DT) and the Working Group of Project 06 of Thanh Hoa province held an online conference for the whole province to review the first 6 months of the year on DT and Project 06 in the province; deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2024. According to the report of the Provincial Steering Committee for Digital Transformation, in the first 6 months of 2024, digital transformation work in the province was focused on by sectors and localities and achieved many outstanding results.

Regarding digital data, the province's Open Data Portal with 250 open databases in 15 fields will continue to be maintained. The province's administrative procedure information system will be maintained and connected to the national population database to help people use public services quickly, accurately and conveniently.
Infrastructure and information technology (IT) equipment in agencies and units are maintained to ensure good service for professional work and digital transformation. 100% of cadres and civil servants are equipped with IT equipment. 100% of agencies and units in the province have LAN infrastructure and Internet connection to ensure smooth and safe performance of tasks. 100% of information systems of agencies and units in the province have completed the conversion to IPv6.

Also in the first 6 months of 2024, the whole province recognized 60 commune-level units as having completed the digital transformation criteria, an increase of 1.6 times compared to 2023, bringing the total number of communes completing the digital transformation criteria to 95 units. The ratio of digital transformation enterprises to the total number of enterprises generating tax reached 29.65%, an increase of 3.85% compared to 2023...

Regarding the implementation of Project 06, according to the report of the Project Working Group, the tasks under the responsibility of the industry and locality have basically been carried out seriously, ensuring progress according to the set roadmap. Up to now, 54/72 tasks in 10 groups of contents that need to be implemented have been completed, including: Group of administrative procedure settlement and online public service provision; group of utilities serving socio-economic development; group of services for digital citizen development; group of perfecting the ecosystem serving connection, exploitation, supplementation and enrichment of population data... The remaining 18 tasks are waiting for ministries and industries to deploy and guide implementation.
