Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Dinh Hai speaks at the regular citizen reception session in February 2024.

Speaking at the regular citizen reception session in February 2024, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Dinh Hai affirmed that in recent times, departments, branches, and local authorities have made great efforts in the process of receiving citizens and resolving cases within their authority. Up to this point, there have been basically no pending or prolonged petitions.

With a number of cases that have been resolved and handled by the provincial authorities, relevant units and localities need to thoroughly propagate and explain to citizens to understand and comply with the provisions of the law.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Dinh Hai requested departments, branches and localities to listen more and grasp people's opinions and recommendations and focus on resolving them right at the grassroots level, avoiding complaints and lawsuits beyond their authority, which are both costly for people and potentially dangerous to security and order.
