The Vissai Group solemnly held its 20th anniversary celebration

On the evening of February 24, The Vissai Group solemnly held its 20th Anniversary Ceremony (2004-2024).

Attending the event were Party Central Committee members: Nguyen Thi Thanh, member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation Work Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee; Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Vice President, General Secretary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee; Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, Deputy Chief of the Standing Office of the Party Central Office; Associate Professor, Doctor Vu Hai Quan, Director of Ho Chi Minh City National University.

On the side of Ninh Binh province, attending the ceremony were comrades: Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mai Van Tuat, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; former members of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors of the province, districts and cities.

Also attending were delegates and more than 600 domestic and foreign partners and customers, along with the Group's leadership, officers and employees.

In 2004, to contribute to meeting the demand for domestic infrastructure development and promoting the country's economy towards industrialization and modernization, Hoang Phat Trading and Service Company Limited in Ninh Binh was established and invested in the construction of Vinakansai Cement Factory in Gian Khau Industrial Park, Gia Vien District with a capacity of 1 million tons of cement/year - the predecessor of The Vissai Group.

Over the past 20 years, The Vissai has continuously developed and grown stronger with over 6,000 employees, affirming itself as a multi-industry corporation, in which the spearhead is the construction and operation of cement factories with a system of factories stretching from Lang Son to Nghe An with a total production capacity of over 20 million tons/year. With prestige and quality, the products are always present in national target projects in the country; exported to 37 countries and territories around the world, being one of the largest cement exporters in Vietnam. In addition, the Group has developed the fields of restaurants, hotels, and high-class resorts of national scale.

Along with promoting production, business, environmental protection, and actively contributing to the state budget, the Group has done a good job of social security in the province and domestically.

With the results achieved, The Vissai Group was awarded the Second Class Labor Medal by the President, along with many Certificates of Merit from the Government, Central Ministries, Branches and the Provincial People's Committee.

At the Anniversary Ceremony, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan congratulated the achievements that The Vissai Group has achieved over the past 20 years. Wishing the staff and workers solidarity, dynamism, and creativity in production and business; wishing the Group to grow further, continue to affirm its brand in the domestic and international markets, and participate more actively in the development of Ninh Binh province in particular and the country in general.
