Currently, the school is focusing on enrollment, improving training quality and preparing for the new school year 2024 - 2025. Therefore, the school would like to not comment further at this time.
Previously, according to information from DealStreetAsia, Nguyen Hoang Group is offering Hoa Sen University and Hong Bang International University for sale to raise capital, with a target of 150 million to 200 million USD per school.
Hoa Sen University and Hong Bang International University are two of the five universities that Nguyen Hoang Group owns. The other three universities include: Gia Dinh University, Ba Ria - Vung Tau University and Eastern University of Technology.
Nguyen Hoang Group bought Hong Bang International University in 2015 and it is the group's first university.
In 2016, this group bought Ba Ria - Vung Tau University, in 2018 bought Gia Dinh and Hoa Sen Universities, and in 2021 bought Eastern University of Technology.
After purchasing the universities, the group invested in building spacious facilities for many schools such as Hong Bang, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, and Eastern Technology.
In addition to the university system, this group also owns a system of inter-level schools and international schools in many provinces and cities.
