According to the report, the total state budget revenue realized up to March 12 was VND3,296 billion, reaching 24% of the central budget estimate, 23% of the local budget estimate and equal to 107% over the same period. In addition to the achieved results, the state budget revenue from the land sector has not yet reached the set progress, some localities have lower collection progress than the average of the whole province such as: Da Lat city (5%), Bao Loc city (4%), Di Linh district (8%), Da Huoai district (9%).

In order to enhance the responsibility of departments, branches and localities in the management and collection of budget revenue from land in the province in the coming time, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, and the People's Committees of districts and cities to clearly identify the task of budget collection as one of the key and top tasks in 2025; promote the sense of responsibility, proactively and actively implement synchronously, drastically and effectively the assigned tasks; focus on handling difficulties and problems within their authority, propose measures and solutions to collect and prevent state budget loss in areas and localities with low revenue.

Speed ​​up the progress of determining, appraising, approving/submitting for approval of land rental prices and specific land prices in the area, ensuring quality, following the process, procedures and time as prescribed by law, not allowing delays or affecting the implementation of land procedures for people and businesses, the progress of state budget collection and the progress of implementing investment projects to mobilize and unblock resources, promote socio-economic development in the province in accordance with the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.

Review projects that are slow to implement and have outstanding land use fees; focus on guiding and removing difficulties and obstacles when implementing the Land Law, the Law on Real Estate Business, the Law on Construction and guiding documents for implementation, in order to ensure the progress of collection and completion of the estimated revenue from land rent and land use fees.

In addition, promptly handle problems related to mineral planning, district planning, etc. to promote the real estate market and investment projects in the area to be implemented on schedule. Strictly control compliance with legal regulations on construction planning and land use planning; resolutely handle cases of unlicensed construction, illegal construction, construction on agricultural land but not yet changing the land use purpose according to the law.

Closely coordinate with the tax sector in revenue management and prevention of budget losses; urge and coordinate timely collection of tax debts, especially debts related to land for projects that have land allocation decisions, have no problems but the investors do not implement or implement behind schedule, do not fully fulfill financial obligations to the state budget...
