On November 22, the Ho Chi Minh City Press Center coordinated with the Association of Overseas Vietnamese Entrepreneurs to organize a seminar to disseminate laws to the Vietnamese community living abroad.
At the seminar, representatives of the Department of Justice and the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department disseminated and answered many questions from overseas Vietnamese about a number of current legal regulations related to identity registration, judicial work - civil status and other related legal regulations for overseas Vietnamese. According to Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh - Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Press Center, the event is important in helping overseas Vietnamese better understand legal regulations, creating favorable conditions in carrying out administrative procedures when returning home.
Through the coordination between the Ho Chi Minh City Press Center and the Overseas Vietnamese Business Association, it will contribute to strengthening connections, support and mutual understanding, aiming to effectively resolve legal issues that overseas Vietnamese are concerned about.
On the same day (November 22), the Ho Chi Minh City Press Center and the Association of Overseas Vietnamese Entrepreneurs signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). In which, the City Press Center acts as a bridge between press agencies, government agencies and related entities.
