Implementing the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term; Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW of the Central Executive Committee on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; resolutely preventing, repelling, and strictly handling cadres and Party members who have degraded in political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation"; and Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the 12th Politburo "On promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle", the Tan Yen District Party Committee and the District Party Committee have directed the dissemination and implementation seriously and effectively. The District Party Committee has closely followed the major orientations, concretizing them into programs, plans, projects, directives, and resolutions. Thereby achieving quite comprehensive results in all fields, contributing to changing the face of rural and urban areas.
Up to now, 15/15 targets according to the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term have all achieved the implementation progress, some targets have exceeded. Notably, the average production value growth rate is 12.7%; the local budget revenue increased by an average of 24.5%; 100% of schools met national standards, 21.1% reached level 2.

The members of the delegation also pointed out some limitations in planning and planning management; the progress of investment in industrial cluster infrastructure is still slow; investment in the construction of some urban and residential areas is still small and not synchronous. The work of ensuring social order and security is still potentially complicated. Some grassroots Party committees have not performed well in their inspection and supervision tasks.
Representatives of departments, offices, and units of the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee further clarified the work of disseminating and studying the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels; increasing the proportion of village chiefs who are Party members. Explaining the causes and difficulties in planning, attracting investment, upgrading urban infrastructure and proposing solutions to overcome them and focus on implementation in the coming time.

Concluding the working session, Comrade Mai Son acknowledged that the Standing Committee of Tan Yen District Party Committee had seriously and resolutely led and directed the implementation of resolutions and conclusions of the Central Executive Committee and the Politburo. The district organized thematic supervision sessions, with many innovations in organization and implementation, especially in implementing Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW of the Central Executive Committee.
He suggested that the District Party Executive Committee continue to promote the tradition of solidarity of the Party Committee, focus on leadership, direction of innovation, improve the quality of studying, disseminating, propagating and implementing the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels to cadres, party members and people of all walks of life; combine the study and disseminating the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels with the development of specific action programs. Lead and direct the implementation of Conclusion No. 21 and Conclusion No. 01 well.
He suggested that the district make a stronger breakthrough in implementing its tasks. Urgently overcome limitations in three pillars: Infrastructure, institutions and human resources. Pay attention to investing in external traffic routes, prioritizing routes connecting with Viet Yen district and Bac Giang city, creating favorable conditions for attracting investment and developing industry and urban areas. Focus on improving administrative reform and digital transformation, contributing to improving the investment and business environment. Focus on training and improving the quality of human resources; promote career guidance for students.
He requested the Standing Committee of Tan Yen District Party Committee to strictly implement Directive No. 26 on rectifying working style and manners and enhancing responsibility in performing tasks to meet the requirements in the new situation, which has just been issued by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. Organize a wide-ranging political activity among all cadres and party members. Promote the exemplary role of key cadres and leaders so that the Directive can soon spread widely in life.
