New Deputy General Director of SHB

Recently, Saigon - Hanoi Bank (SHB) has just announced the decision to appoint Mr. Tran Xuan Huy as Deputy General Director in charge of the Southern region from March 1, 2023. According to information from SHB, Mr. Tran Xuan Huy was born in 1972, has a Bachelor of Banking and Finance - Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City; Bachelor of English - Ho Chi Minh City University of Education. He has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Finance - Banking, having held management and senior leadership roles in the Executive Board, Board of Directors and strategic advisor at major financial institutions such as Sacombank, VIB, HDBank, ABBank. Notably, at Sacombank, he held the position of General Director. With the appointment of Mr. Tran Xuan Huy, SHB's Board of Directors now has 9 members including Dr. Ngo Thu Ha - General Director of Economics and 8 Deputy General Directors, who are personnel with professional knowledge and management experience at large, prestigious organizations. SHB will soon hold a shareholders' meeting on April 11, 2023 at Melia Hotel, Hanoi. The last day to register to make a list of attending shareholders will be March 3, 2023.
