(QNO) - This afternoon, January 10, the Board of Directors of the Social Policy Bank (CSXH) of Tam Ky City held a conference to summarize the implementation of Resolution 11 of the Government on socio-economic recovery and development in the area.
In 2022 - 2023, Tam Ky has disbursed 3 credit programs under Resolution 11, reaching more than 130 billion VND with more than 2,300 customers. Of which, social housing loans have outstanding loans of more than 102.8 billion VND with 238 customers; loans to support job creation, maintenance and expansion have outstanding loans of 27 billion VND with 675 workers receiving loans; loans to non-public preschools and primary schools have outstanding loans of 374 million VND with 7 preschools accessing capital.
The 2% interest rate support policy is implemented promptly, publicly and transparently. In 2022 - 2023, 2% interest rate support will be implemented for loans with lending interest rates of more than 6%/year with a total amount of more than 2.5 billion VND (745 million VND in 2022, more than 1.8 billion VND in 2023).
Ms. Le Thi Kim Anh - Deputy Director of the Bank for Social Policies, Quang Nam branch, said that implementing credit programs according to Resolution 11 in Tam Ky area has shown that this is a reasonable, timely, necessary and practical policy.
With 3 programs implemented, outstanding debt reaching over 130 billion VND, Tam Ky is the unit with the largest outstanding debt to implement Resolution 11 in the whole province. The capital has contributed to creating job opportunities for workers. Beneficiaries have enough money to build houses. Non-public preschools have access to capital to maintain stable operations...
