On the morning of June 16, a representative of the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi Police said that the unit is coordinating with Tay Ho District Police to consolidate the case file and handle the case of 4 teenagers who were involved in swinging on Nhat Tan Bridge.

According to a representative of the Hanoi Traffic Police Department, after VietNamNet newspaper published an article: 2 motorbikes swinging like "roasting peanuts" on Nhat Tan Bridge causing outrage, the unit assigned Traffic Police Team No. 2 to coordinate with Tay Ho District Police to conduct an investigation and verification.

On June 14, the authorities invited the four young men in the clip to the Tay Ho District Police Headquarters for questioning, including: NTH (16 years old, residing in Long Bien District, Hanoi); NTT (20 years old, residing in Tu Son, Bac Ninh); NQH (14 years old, residing in Thanh Xuan, Hanoi); TMX (16 years old, residing in Gia Lam, Hanoi).

Previously, at 12:00 on June 12, NTH drove a motorbike with license plate 99AB-031.XX, carrying NTT behind; NQH drove a motorbike with license plate 29C2-090.XX, carrying TMX. All 4 young men went through many streets in Hanoi's inner city and then went up Nhat Tan bridge to Dong Anh district.

While driving on the bridge, 4 young men continuously swerved their motorbikes, causing traffic insecurity and were filmed by passersby.

Tay Ho District Police have temporarily detained 2 motorbikes and subjects related to the incident to continue to consolidate records and investigate according to the provisions of law.

Previously, Mr. VT (the person who filmed the clip) said that while he was driving on Nhat Tan Bridge (from Tay Ho District to Dong Anh District), he saw two motorbikes speeding and constantly swerving. When reaching the middle of Nhat Tan Bridge, one of the motorbikes in the group fell and collided with a woman riding a motorbike in the same direction.

According to images recorded by traffic participants, 4 young men on 2 motorbikes continuously swerved on Nhat Tan Bridge (Hanoi), posing a potential risk of traffic accidents.
