(CLO) Hanoi Police have just announced traffic diversions to serve the "Brilliant Thang Long" art program of more than 2,000 drones, which will take place from January 26 to 29.
On the evening of January 24, Hanoi Police announced that on January 26 and 28, the art program "Brilliant Thang Long" will take place in Nam Tu Liem district (Hanoi).

To serve the program, the City Police will direct traffic and organize directions for all types of vehicles.
From 1:00 p.m. on January 26 to 1:00 a.m. on January 27 and from 5:00 p.m. on January 28 to 1:00 a.m. on January 29, trucks of 3.5 tons or more, passenger cars of 16 seats or more (except vehicles with priority badges, vehicles serving programs, buses) are prohibited on the following routes: Me Tri, Chau Van Liem, Le Quang Dao, Le Duc Tho, Hong Do, Vuon Cam, Tan My, Tan An Binh, My Dinh 2, Do Xuan Hop, Nguyen Co Thach, Trinh Van Bo, Tran Huu Duc, Ham Nghi, Nguyen Hoang, Nguyen Van Giap, K2.
From 5:00 p.m. on January 26 to 1:00 a.m. on January 27 and from 5:00 p.m. on January 28 to 1:00 a.m. on January 29, all vehicles (except vehicles with priority badges and vehicles serving the program) are prohibited on the following routes: Le Quang Dao (Tan My - Me Tri section), Le Duc Tho (Tan My - Tran Huu Duc section), Tan My, Hong Do, Tan An Binh, Vuon Cam, Do Xuan Hop, Nguyen Van Giap, K2.
During this time, the authorities will restrict vehicle traffic on a number of routes: Pham Van Dong, Pham Hung, Ho Tung Mau, Thang Long Boulevard, Xuan Phuong, Road 70 (Cau Dien - Thang Long Boulevard section), Chau Van Liem.

Directions for vehicles temporarily banned or restricted are as follows:
From the western districts to the city center districts (Hoan Kiem, Hai Ba Trung, Ba Dinh, Dong Da): National Highway 32 to Provincial Road 70 or Thang Long - Tran Duy Hung Avenue to the city center.
Directions from the city center districts to the western districts: Xuan Thuy to Ho Tung Mau or Pham Hung - Thang Long Boulevard - Provincial Road 70 - National Highway 32 or Pham Hung - Thang Long Boulevard - National Highway 21A.
Vehicles from northern districts (Bac Tu Liem, Dong Anh, Me Linh, Soc Son) to southern districts (Hoang Mai, Thanh Tri, Thuong Tin, Phu Xuyen) follow Pham Van Dong - Pham Hung - elevated beltway 3 and vice versa.
Hanoi police require people to voluntarily and strictly comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety and the command, guidance and traffic flow of the authorities.
People coming to see the art program are advised to choose public transportation. If traveling by private vehicle, people need to park their vehicles at parking locations outside the restricted area.

The art program "Brilliant Thang Long 2025" will take place on the evening of January 28 (New Year's Eve) at My Dinh National Stadium (Le Duc Tho Street, My Dinh).
The drone demonstration rehearsal will take place on the evening of January 26 (December 27). The highlight of the program is the demonstration of the world's largest unmanned aerial vehicle (drones) carrying fireworks on New Year's Eve 2025, aiming to bring people a special and meaningful spring gift.
In addition to the special performances, the highlight of the program will be the performance of 2,025 drones and 95 pyrotechnic drones lighting up the capital's sky.
