Technology motorbike taxi driver who used his feet to push a car to the side of the road was fined

A male technology car driver who put his feet on the car in front while traveling on National Highway 1 through Ho Chi Minh City was summoned and fined according to regulations.

On December 11, the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police said that Tan Tuc Traffic Police Station had identified the motorcyclist whose behavior of putting his feet on a car while traveling on National Highway 1, causing a stir on social networks, as PMT (residing in Tien Giang province). The unit has invited this person to come in for questioning.

At Tan Tuc Traffic Police Station, PMT admitted that at around 1:30 p.m. on November 20, T was driving a motorbike and used his feet to push another car. The reason was that T wanted to assist the driver and push the car to the side of the road.

PMT admits its violations and complies with the penalties prescribed by law.

With the above violation, Tan Tuc Traffic Police Station made a record of administrative violation against PMT according to point k, clause 3, Article 6, Decree No. 100/2019/ND-CP dated December 30, 2019 of the Government; at the same time, temporarily detained the motorcycle driving license according to regulations.

Through the above incident, Tan Tuc Traffic Police Station calls on people to do a good job of ensuring traffic safety, when driving vehicles on the road, they must strictly comply with the Traffic Law, all violations can be detected and handled according to the provisions of the law.
