Not knowing the way and at risk of getting stuck in traffic, the driver contacted the traffic police for help taking a baby boy to the National Children's Hospital.

According to information from the Traffic Police Department, at around 6:00 p.m. on December 16, Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 1 was on duty on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway.

At Km6 (Soc Son, Hanoi), a car driver approached the traffic police team, saying that he was taking a child to the emergency room. However, the driver did not know the way and was at risk of getting stuck in traffic and not being able to get the child to the hospital in time.
After the driver explained, the police officer went to the car to check and found two adults and a child. The child was on oxygen. "The child's face was purple, showing signs of respiratory failure," according to the Traffic Police Department.
The task force reported to the commander and then used a special vehicle to take the child and his family to the National Children's Hospital for emergency treatment.
The baby's mother is Ms. Tran Thi Bich Ngoc (in Lam Thao, Phu Tho). Ms. Ngoc said that the baby is 2 months old; diagnosed with a respiratory infection leading to acute respiratory failure.
The child was then taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. The boy's family sent their thanks to the traffic police team.
