J&T Express (Global) has just announced a new milestone with more than 100 million parcels processed globally on November 12, right after the peak of the 11.11 shopping season, in which, in Vietnam, order volume increased by 177% compared to the same period last year.
From October 20 to November 12, J&T Express saw a significant increase in global parcel volume. In Southeast Asia, the average daily parcel volume from November 1 to 11 exceeded 15 million, marking an impressive 73% year-on-year growth.
Anticipating that parcel volumes will increase during the peak season at the end of the year, J&T Express has proactively implemented a series of preparatory measures in many markets. The brand focuses on investing heavily in infrastructure and human resources to ensure operational efficiency and service quality, ready to meet the increasing demand for goods delivery.
Investing in modern technology and equipment is one of J&T Express' top priorities.
In September and October alone, J&T Express Vietnam invested in more than 300 trucks of various types, and the brand is expected to continue to increase its fleet by 500 trucks to serve the peak season at the end of this year. In addition to investing heavily in equipment, J&T Express also focuses on applying technology to improve operational capacity. Recently, this enterprise has put into operation the largest transit center in the North with a processing capacity of up to 2.4 million parcels/day, with an accurate parcel processing rate of 99.99%, significantly increasing the efficiency of delivery operations during the peak season.
In Thailand, J&T Express has upgraded 13 additional automated systems to 4 sorting centers and 5 distribution centers, increasing processing efficiency by 25% and 20%, respectively. In addition, J&T Express Thailand has also expanded its sorting area by approximately 19,000 square meters, added more than 900 vehicles, and recruited more than 3,800 employees to meet the growing market demand.

To cope with the upcoming peak, J&T Express in both countries has proactively invested in infrastructure and human resources, upgrading automated equipment to meet the high-quality express delivery service needs of both customers and consumers.
