Supe Lam Thao is known as a pioneer in fighting counterfeit goods with smart stamps. Can you share more about this?

- Up to this point, Supe Lam Thao can be considered a pioneer in using smart labeling technology on fertilizer product packaging from January 1, 2021. QR code labels are designed to meet the actual production conditions of the company in large quantities.

Since the smart stamps were introduced, we have seen a lot of convenience in management from production, storage, circulation, marketing, helping consumers easily authenticate genuine products, ensuring the supply of genuine products to consumers. The stamps with QR codes also help customers easily look up promotional programs for Lam Thao fertilizer products on the market.

What is extremely exciting is that since we put smart stamps into use, it has not only helped the company increase fertilizer consumption but also contributed significantly to corporate governance, affirming and enhancing the reputation of the company's product brand in the market, meeting the needs and aspirations of farmers across the country.

The implementation of Lam Thao's initiative to attach smart labels to fertilizer packaging has created strong trust among consumers. - I think that to maintain its position in the market, any business needs to focus on issues of price, quality and brand. Supe Lam Thao itself has the advantage of being a reputable fertilizer company with a 62-year history of development. Besides, we always choose the direction of green, clean, sustainable and environmentally friendly production throughout the current process as well as in the coming period.

As a chemical manufacturing company, we always pay attention to investing and improving equipment and machinery lines, updating new environmentally friendly technologies. Newly launched fertilizer products are also environmentally friendly, useful for modern agriculture and contribute to creating a sustainable foundation for the future.

In recent years, Supe Lam Thao has exported fertilizer products abroad, can you tell us some outstanding results?

- In addition to promoting the consumption of fertilizer products in the domestic market, in recent years, Lam Thao Superphosphate and Chemical Joint Stock Company has continuously expanded fertilizer exports to some demanding foreign markets such as: Japan, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Taiwan...

In fact, Supe Lam Thao fertilizer has "set foot" in the land of cherry blossoms since 2010. Since then, Supe Lam Thao fertilizer has been increasingly trusted and continued to be used by Japanese farmers.

Long-term goal, Supe Lam Thao is aiming to expand the market, with larger fertilizer export output through each order.

Impressed with a series of great promotions and gratitude programs

It is known that Supe Lam Thao often "plays big" with many preferential policies and promotions for customers and agents, such as giving away 9999 gold to customers buying fertilizer, inviting distributors to travel, especially for the first time sending 62 workers to visit and study abroad... What is the meaning of these activities, sir?

- For customers, every year Supe Lam Thao always maintains promotional programs and gifts. In which the program of giving 9999 gold is a special promotional activity for customers buying fertilizer and will continue to be maintained by the company in the future. Similarly, with the program of gratitude to agents and distributors, we still maintain the program of visiting and studying abroad.

As for the employees, this is the first year that Supe Lam Thao has organized a trip abroad for 62 people to honor outstanding workers who have made many contributions to the company. The number of 62 people "rewarded" with a 5-day, 4-night trip corresponds to 62 years of construction and development of Supe Lam Thao. The trip has created encouragement and inspiration for production competition for many employees at the unit.

Recently, the fertilizer market has faced many difficulties due to fierce competition and high input material prices, but surprisingly, at Supe Lam Thao, revenue has continuously increased over the past 3 years, and workers' income has also increased day by day. Can you tell us what solutions the company has applied?

- We currently have 1,850 employees working at the company. Previously, there was a period when fertilizer consumption was difficult, the average income per employee was only 6-7 million VND/month, gradually increased to 9-10 million VND/month and now has reached an average of 13-14 million VND/person/month. Each month, Supe Lam Thao's salary alone is over 20 billion VND.

This is a very encouraging result, clearly demonstrating the company's production and business efficiency. The success of Supe Lam Thao comes not only from the stable jobs and income of workers, but also from the spiritual life of workers. The company continuously invests in and upgrades cultural and sports facilities to create a playground for workers to exercise and recharge after hard working hours.

Most recently, Supe Lam Thao has renovated and built an experimental garden, ecological lake, campus landscape, and planted more trees to create a friendly environment, thereby helping employees love the company more as their second home.

- In fact, the living standards of workers in Supe Lam Thao are high compared to the general level in the region. Regarding the policy of attracting talent, we always prioritize high-quality human resources, graduated from specialized and top schools.

It can be said that the cultural institutions at the enterprise are built and maintained regularly every year, which is also a highlight to help employees at the company unite and bond with each other. Supe Lam Thao Union and Youth Union regularly coordinate to organize cultural and artistic activities, sports; yoga classes, dance, volleyball, soccer, relay races, etc. With such an attractive environment, at Supe Lam Thao, there are families where both parents and children work together, wholeheartedly contributing.
