According to Engadget , a remastered version of The Last Of Us Part II will launch on PlayStation 5 in January next year, information that was based on a leaked trailer that was recently confirmed by Sony.
The new remake of the hit post-apocalyptic zombie adventure is coming to PlayStation 5 soon, and it brings upgrades like faster early game load times, 4K graphics in the console's Fidelity mode (the console's highest possible image quality), 60FPS frame rate, HDR support, improved audio, a number of physics and environmental improvements, and full integration with the console's new DualSense wireless controller.
The Last of Us Part II Remastered is coming early next year
In addition to improving many aspects of quality, The Last of Us Part II Remastered will also bring a brand new survival mode called 'No Return', allowing players to control many different characters, each with their own characteristics, and players must maintain life for as long as possible. Players will even be able to compete with each other in global rankings.
Additionally, the remake will also feature early versions of three new levels not found in the original game called Lost Levels, some additional content, including cutscenes, new weapons and costumes.
The remastered version of The Last of Us Part II (first released in 2020) will officially be released on January 19, 2024 on PlayStation 5.
