Overview of the working session.
In line with the 2023 theme of Vietnam Electricity Group: "Practicing thrift, fighting waste", Ha Tinh Electricity Company has been determined in directing and implementing tasks to improve the efficiency of production and business activities, increasingly better meet the electricity needs of customers, making an important contribution to the socio-economic development of the province.
The company currently manages more than 246 km of 110 kV lines, 3,537 km of medium voltage lines, 7,588 km of low voltage lines, 12 110 kV substations, 3,943 distribution substations and 5 intermediate substations. The number of electricity customers as of October 31, 2023 is 472,230, an increase of 1.12% over the same period in 2022.
In the first 10 months of 2023, the company's commercial electricity output was 1,220,401 million kWh (an increase of 13.42% over the same period in 2022 and reaching 80.41% of the plan assigned by the Northern Power Corporation in 2023). The company's total commercial loss rate for the first 10 months was 6.38% (a decrease of 0.61% over the same period last year and 0.41% lower than the annual plan assigned by the Corporation).

Attention has been paid to the work of receiving the power grid; investment in construction and repair of the power grid in the area. The Northern Power Corporation is investing in implementing 110 kV power grid projects in the period of 2021-2025 in Ha Tinh with a total investment of 497.7 billion VND. For medium and low voltage power grid projects: the company is managing 58 construction investment projects in 2023 with a total capital of over 722 billion VND. In 2023, the company is implementing 61 major repair items with a total capital of over 84 billion VND.
In the first 10 months of 2023, the company did not have any work accidents, ensuring electrical safety for the people. In 2023, the company will change the meter reading schedule for all customers after the public transformer station and wholesale and retail customers to the end of the month (starting from October 2023 and planned to complete 100% in November 2023).
Besides doing well in production and business, the company always actively participates in social security, humanitarian and charity activities with a total budget of over 470 million VND in 10 months...

At the meeting, the leaders of Ha Tinh Electricity Company requested the provincial National Assembly Delegation to propose the Government, ministries and branches to speed up the completion of the draft and soon issue new regulations on transferring power projects to the electricity sector for management to reduce procedures and create conditions for the delivery parties to complete the delivery of power projects in a timely manner.
At the same time, it is proposed that the Government and relevant ministries and branches have a mechanism for the electricity sector to carry out procedures on investment policies to adjust land use planning, construction planning, land use conversion, land recovery, land allocation, and land lease for investment projects to build medium and low voltage power grids.
Ha Tinh Electricity Company proposed that the Provincial People's Committee direct departments, branches, sectors and localities to continue supporting the company in promoting and using electricity economically; handling violations of the grid safety corridor and violations of electricity use; creating favorable conditions for the company in compensation and site clearance according to the required progress targets; supporting the company in participating in supplementing and adjusting the power development plan in case it is necessary to meet the load demand...
