The contest attracted 45 union members from local school unions. The contestants went through three rounds: traditional ao dai performance, office attire performance and behavior.
According to the judges, each contestant was well prepared, showing off their charm in the traditional Vietnamese dress and confidently performing their talents.
As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to contestant Pham Thi Bao Ni (Son Ca Kindergarten Union); the second prize to contestant Nguyen Thi Thu Huyen (Luong The Vinh Primary School Union); and the three third prizes went to contestants Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc (Ong Vang Kindergarten Union), Vo Nguyen Phuong Nguyen (19/5 Kindergarten Union), and Pham Thi Ai (Ly Tu Trong Secondary School Union).
