In addition to the achieved results, the Public Service Inspection Team pointed out the shortcomings and limitations of the Department of Health such as the implementation of tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee was still behind schedule; the key work programs of the departments under the Department were not built and implemented in accordance with regulations.

After listening to the draft report and explanations from leaders and departments and units under the Department of Health, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh assessed that in the leadership, direction and professional activities of the Department of Health and its affiliated units, there are still some shortcomings and limitations, stemming from both subjective and objective causes.

Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh requested the Department of Health to accept the recommendations of the inspection team to overcome shortcomings and limitations.

Regarding cases where appointed officials lack certificates and do not meet the conditions, according to Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh, this is a difficulty for the health sector. The Department and the Provincial People's Committee continue to make recommendations to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, requesting the Provincial Political School to consider opening political training classes for officials and employees to study. The Department of Health regularly reviews the subjects eligible to participate in political theory classes to plan appropriate class arrangements, both ensuring medical examination and treatment work and ensuring the rights of medical officials and employees.

The Vice Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee also requested the Public Service Inspection Team to receive and study the explanations of the Department of Health to complete an objective report, in a constructive spirit.

Regarding professional work, the provincial People's Committee leaders requested the Department of Health to increase the assignment of tasks to professional units; regularly inspect and urge work, especially equipment procurement; drug bidding; vaccination rate, etc.

From the shortcomings and limitations pointed out by the Public Service Inspection Team, comrade Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh requested the Department of Health and related units to frankly acknowledge and promptly overcome them... to improve the quality of activities, especially the work of taking care of people's health.

In addition, the Public Service Inspection Team will receive and study explanations and recommendations from units, complete the inspection report in an objective spirit, and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for promulgation in the coming time.
