Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Thi Phuong - Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province, Do Huu Quyet - Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Information and Communications of the province; leaders of the Department; leaders of the Post and Telecommunications enterprises, Thanh Hoa Publishing House and all civil servants, public employees and workers of the Department.

Comrade Do Huu Quyet - Director of the Department of Information and Communications, along with leaders of the Department and representatives of businesses, supported people affected by storm No. 3.

At the launching ceremony, comrade Le Van Nam - Deputy Director, Chairman of the Department's Trade Union called on all cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the entire Information and Communications sector to join hands to support people affected by storm No. 3 and floods in order to promote the spirit of "mutual love" of the Vietnamese people. For organizations and enterprises in the entire Information and Communications sector, the level of mobilization is the highest possible. For key cadres participating in the contribution is higher than 1 day's salary. For cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers, the minimum support level is one day's salary.

Comrade Do Huu Quyet - Director of the Department of Information and Communications presented support to the representative of the leadership of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province.

At the launching ceremony, the entire Information and Communications sector donated a total of more than 180 million VND. Of which, officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Department of Information and Communications donated a total of 40 million VND, Viettel Thanh Hoa donated 30 million VND, VNPT Thanh Hoa donated 50 million VND, MobiFone Thanh Hoa donated 30 million VND, and the Provincial Post Office donated 30 million VND. In addition, there was also support from Thanh Hoa Publishing House and FPT Thanh Hoa.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the Department of Information and Communications organized the handover of all funds to the representative of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province to join hands with the whole province to support the people of the provinces affected by storm No. 3 and the recent floods to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives./.
