On the afternoon of May 12, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Khanh Hoa and the Veterans Association of the province held a signing ceremony for a cooperation program.
Accordingly, the two units coordinate to implement 5 contents including: propaganda, education, innovation of thinking, raising awareness and implementation capacity, building effective, sustainable agriculture, modern countryside, civilized farmers; coordinate to participate in implementing the new rural program and socio-economic development programs and projects in the fields of agriculture and rural areas; coordinate to participate in implementing the restructuring plan of the agricultural sector; participate in applying new science and technology to production and services in agriculture, improving the quality of vocational training; deploy and implement mechanisms and policies to encourage the development of enterprise models, cooperatives, and farms owned by war veterans in the fields of agriculture and rural areas.
