According to Ms. Nguyet, consumer behavior is changing significantly. Customers prioritize sustainable products, natural products, and products with limited chemicals. At the same time, the trend of online shopping is increasing strongly thanks to the convenience and exclusive promotions.

"We expect sales to grow 30-40% compared to normal days and about 20% compared to the same period last year. The perfume and gift industry is expected to contribute the majority of this growth," Ms. Nguyet added.
