The early goal helped Man Utd play confidently against the home team, controlling the game well before scoring two more goals in the second half by Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes.
Many Man Utd fans also agree with coach Ten Hag's opinion that the Argentine striker's goal will be the best goal of the season, even though the Premier League still has 25 rounds ahead.
"This is probably the best goal ever. Do we really understand what this young guy just did? He timed the pass, had to run back, leaned over and hooked the ball over his head into the top corner? It was perfect for a goal," a Man Utd fan commented on social network X (formerly Twitter).

Many fans were also quick to compare this goal with a similar strike by Man Utd legend Wayne Rooney.

Commenting on Sky Sports , former Man Utd star Gary Neville agreed with fans when he said this goal was better than his former teammate's overhead kick.
"I don't think I've ever been in a stadium where I've seen a good overhead kick and I was there the day Rooney scored in the Manchester derby. It's unbelievable, what we just saw.
He took two or three short steps back. It was a fantastic goal, absolutely fantastic. I don't think we'll see much of that in football," said Gary Neville.
Football expert Chris Sutton also praised Garnacho's goal, even comparing it to the "upside down bicycle" style goals that many world stars have performed.
"This goal was better than Dimitar Berbatov's against Liverpool, better than Andy Carroll's against Crystal Palace, more impressive than Emre Can's against Watford, better than Cristiano Ronaldo's against Juventus, better than Gareth Bale's against Liverpool and more impressive than Wayne Rooney's in the Manchester derby," Chris Sutton commented.
Garnacho's great contribution in Man Utd's 3-0 victory over Everton helped coach Ten Hag's team rise to 6th place in the Premier League table and is only 4 points away from the top 4.
