Shopee has concluded its 9-9 Shopee Live fashion and cosmetics shopping festival with impressive numbers, marking a vibrant start to the wave of shopping and entertainment via livestream in the 2023 year-end shopping season.

In Vietnam, Shopee's series of interactive and entertainment activities, which bring together many stars, artists, and KOLs (famous people), are enthusiastically responded to by users. Notably, the entertainment program "Shopee Live 9-9 Super Concert - Mysterious Couple" is eagerly awaited and shared by fans with a record number of more than 1.7 million followers and nearly 200 million interactions, peaking at 115,000 concurrent viewers on the application.
During the 9-9 event, Shopee also recorded 317 million views on Shopee Live, more than 1.1 million hours of livestreaming broadcasts and entertainment programs from Shopee, brands and sellers taking place on the platform. At the same time, attractive promotions on Shopee Live in particular and the Shopee platform in general, along with promotional programs from sellers, brands and Shopee partners, contributed to helping users satisfy their shopping joy and save nearly 700 billion VND.
In parallel, the number of brands and sellers participating in Shopee Live on September 9 was recorded to be 6 times higher than normal days. At the same time, Shopee's practical support and incentive programs also contributed to effective growth figures, the most impressive being the number of products sold on Shopee Live on September 9 increased 24 times. This result was achieved from the livestreams that were broadcast non-stop on September 9, attracting 7 times more viewers and learning about the brand and products.
