Savills officially becomes the exclusive leasing unit for the commercial center of Hinode City project

Savills Vietnam and Construction Trading Corporation have signed a strategic cooperation agreement for exclusive leasing of the commercial center of the Hinode City project.

Leaders of the two sides signed a strategic cooperation contract for exclusive leasing of the commercial center area at Hinode City.

According to the cooperation contract, from October 2024, Construction Trading Joint Stock Corporation officially appointed Savills Vietnam as the exclusive leasing unit for the commercial center of the Hinode City project located at 201 Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.

The project is built on a land area of over 28,000 m2, including three 26-storey buildings for luxury apartments, hotels, serviced apartments and a modern commercial center with nearly 25,000 m2 of commercial space for lease. This place will become a diverse, modern complex with serviced offices, hotels, commercial centers and luxury apartments, facilities bearing the Japanese mark.

Located in the center of Hai Ba Trung district, adjacent to two main roads Minh Khai and Kim Nguu, Hinode City is the golden intersection connecting Hinode City with the city center.

In addition, the retail area in the Hinode City project will benefit from the densely populated residential area, families, young people living here and neighboring residential areas. Not only that, the project is also surrounded by many important amenities, close to many major universities: National Economics, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi Open University... major hospitals such as Bach Mai, Thanh Nhan and Hanoi Lung Hospital...

With the advantage of a prime location and a densely populated residential community, the retail area at Hinode City is expected to gather a variety of brands from many different fields. The commercial area stretches from the B1 floor, where supermarkets, shopping, and entertainment are concentrated, up to the 3 upper floors, dedicated to fashion brands, restaurants, sports, bookstores and education, cinemas, and new entertainment and recreation models.

The Corporation trusts and chooses Savills as the exclusive leasing unit for the Hinode City Mall commercial center".

"We expect that, with the extensive experience of more than 160 years of formation and development of Savills and nearly 30 years of development of Savills Vietnam, Savills Vietnam will effectively implement commercial center leasing activities, contributing to the development of Hinode City commercial center, which is a premise for the development of a chain of commercial centers in the real estate projects of the Corporation," Mr. Dung shared.

In the coming time, as the exclusive leasing agent of Hinode City, Savills will represent the investor in finding and working with potential tenants for the commercial center area. In order to optimize the space and ensure the long-term attractiveness of the shopping area, Savills will focus on finding suitable tenants. During the project acquisition process, Savills is responsible for planning and reporting on all marketing activities, ensuring the leasing process goes smoothly, meeting the investor's goals.

Currently, the investor, Construction Trading Joint Stock Corporation, is focusing all its efforts on completing the shopping center space. On the Savills side, the commercial leasing department focuses on planning retail space with diverse experiences, ensuring the sustainable and long-term development of the shopping center.
