Calling on the younger generation to return to work in their homeland
Dr. Gian Tu Trung, principal of Pace School of Business, said the above about the "return" trend in the documentary about entrepreneurs titled We and Us .
The documentary was first broadcast in the program "October Meeting: Entrepreneurs - We and Us", organized by Saigon Entrepreneur Magazine , with the participation of more than 200 guests and entrepreneurs to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day.
In the film, Mr. Gian Tu Trung commented that the trend of Viet Tien, which means returning to serve the country, is a very interesting and meaningful trend.
Ms. Ly Kim Chi, President of the Ho Chi Minh City Food and Foodstuff Association, said she was very proud that the young entrepreneurs were sent by their parents to receive formal and systematic training abroad, but all returned to Vietnam to serve their homeland and country.
Mr. Hang Vay Chi, Chairman of Viet Huong Group, believes that the current situation is not only about technology transfer but also about generational transfer, calling on the younger generation to return. He expressed hope that this generation of children, with proper training, will be more successful in business than their parents.

At the program "October Meeting: Entrepreneurs - We and Us", guests and entrepreneurs looked back at the economic development history of the city and the country. In that process, the team of entrepreneurs in Ho Chi Minh City has always been the "soldiers" on the economic front, they are the ones who laid the first bricks for the development and integration of the country.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Vo Van Hoan, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, emphasized that along with the whole country, the city's business force and businessmen have continuously grown, reached international level, and actively contributed to the implementation of socio-economic development goals.
Sharing with businessmen, when the economic situation is facing many difficulties both domestically and internationally, Mr. Hoan hopes that the business force and the city's business community will continue to promote their unique cultural features, dynamism, creativity, overcoming challenges, humanity, affection, responsibility and competing in good business to overcome the current difficult period.
