Reality TV show - Beautiful Sisters Making Waves 2023 officially aired episode 1 on the evening of October 28, 2023. The first gathering of 30 beautiful sisters and 5 solo performances were the highlights of episode 1 of the show.

In episode 1, 30 beautiful ladies were welcomed in 3 impressive rooms, including: Lipstick Room, Costume Room and Reunion Room.

The beautiful ladies appear in episode 1 of Beautiful Ladies Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves 2023.

When entering the Lipstick room, the beauties will have to perform the following steps: Choose a favorite lipstick color; Apply lipstick and kiss the card; Leave a beautiful signature on the card; Take a selfie with the card and phone; vote for or against the group leader in the ballot box. After that, the beauties will visit the Costume room, which displays the costumes that the 30 female artists will wear to perform on stage.

Then, the artists will go to the Reunion room one by one. And finally, the first 5 solo performances will be broadcast.

At the Reunion room, singer Thu Phuong introduced herself: "I am a singer, have been working in the profession for 37 years, my perspective on life is always full of experiences, we should allow ourselves the opportunity to have meetings to overcome our comfort zone".

When meeting her juniors here, Thu Phuong expressed her excitement and said that she had lost sleep because she was so excited to meet the 29 beautiful women. Thu Phuong said that she idolizes Dieu Nhi and really loves H'Hen Nie and Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc.

At the same time, meeting Le Quyen and Hong Nhung, singer My Linh had an interesting interaction with both of them. She was surprised when her senior flew from France to Vietnam to participate in this program and asked: "Bong left her husband and children to come to Vietnam to participate in the program?". Only the two divas My Linh and Hong Nhung surprised everyone when they decided not to run for the group leader position.

Entering the solo round, Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc performed the song "Tuoi xi teen" (composed by Phuong Uyen) with great vigor. Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 created a surprise when she performed an Ede folk song, called Buôn Dur Kmăn. This is a cheerful song with a catchy melody and impressive dance moves. "Clearly H'Hen Nie is aware that she does not have an advantage in singing or dancing, but H'Hen Nie knows how to make herself shine, very smart. H'Hen Nie performed an Ede folk song, called Buôn Dur Kmăn, and released birds for peace.

"When I stood on stage, I was very excited. But after I attached the mic and heard my own voice, the shaking came. I forgot everything I practiced. At that time, I was confused whether I could do it or not" - H'Hen Niê said.

The beauty queen revealed that her practice was different from her performance on stage. Because she was so excited, she danced according to the emotions she had on stage.

In contrast to the two performance styles of Lan Ngoc and H'Hen Nie, Thu Phuong only sang, she performed the mashup Xin loi - Lan cuoi (composed by: Vu Dinh Trong Thang).

Sharing with the advisory board, Thu Phuong said she almost gave up earlier due to health and costume reasons. "I was going to say I couldn't sing because the costume made me very tired. I couldn't breathe backstage."

My Linh said she once confided in musician Anh Quan about her weight and received the comment "this is normal".

Similar to Thu Phuong, Diep Lam Anh only showed off her hip-hop dancing skills in her performance. "Before, I could practice 8 hours a day in the flower garden, but now I can't dance like before, because I've given birth to two children, my physical condition is much weaker than before" - Diep Lam Anh shared with the advisory board.

Diep Lam Anh doesn't dance like she did when she was young.

The fifth beauty performing on stage is Le Quyen. She wants to experience and doesn't care about the result, winning or losing. "I will always be Le Quyen in the audience's hearts. Maybe, I will be more active and dedicated. This will only make the audience love me more" - Le Quyen confided.
