"Hai Muoi" is the movie marking the return of MC Quyen Linh after 20 years away from acting.

Returning to film after many years, Quyen Linh admitted that it was “difficult” to keep up with the film trends. “The generation of filmmakers in the past is different from now. The younger generation today is more dynamic, has newer techniques and a faster filmmaking pace. I find it a bit difficult to keep up with them. However, with the support of the film crew, in just 1 minute and 30 seconds, I was able to integrate right away,” he shared.

Besides Quyen Linh, the female lead role Muoi surprisingly was played by young actress Huynh Bao Ngoc (born in 2000). Not a familiar name, Huynh Bao Ngoc was "chosen" by director - Meritorious Artist Vu Thanh Vinh because of her rustic, simple and gentle features. After 5 rounds of casting, Bao Ngoc received a nod from the director.
"I always believe that I have to try my best in everything so that no matter what the result is, I will have no regrets. When I received the news that I was chosen for the main role in the movie Hai Muoi, I shouted with joy," Huynh Bao Ngoc shared.
For the first time entering the film industry and playing Quyen Linh's daughter, Bao Ngoc expressed her happiness. The actress confided that because she doesn't have a father in real life, it was thanks to the film that she felt how sacred a father's love is. Through the process of contact, she gradually felt like and called Quyen Linh "dad".
Talking about his "screen daughter", artist Quyen Linh praised Bao Ngoc's genuine acting and full immersion in her role. "Sometimes I think Bao Ngoc is my daughter in real life." male MC revealed.

Movie Two Salts The film is set mainly in Thieng Lieng island hamlet, Thanh An commune, Can Gio district, with many scenes filmed at the mangrove forest, Lam Vien ferry, Tang Bong tower with a height of over 28m... In particular, the film focuses on the salt-making village, a source of livelihood that supports many generations of families.

Director Vu Thanh Vinh was very skillful in fully exploiting the natural beauty and traditional cultural materials in the film. Two Salts. In addition to recreating the ups and downs of the salt industry, the film also incorporates Don ca tai tu - an art form recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage since 2013.
According to the revelation, the film crew had to go to Thieng Lieng island 2 months in advance to prepare, from building a house for the main character to preparing about 200kg of pineapple fish for the filming scenes. The biggest challenge for the crew was the race against time, ensuring that the filming scene had to be done at the right time when the salt fields were at their most beautiful of the year.
Two Salts is a family drama film, with the participation of about 40 actors. In addition to Quyen Linh and Bao Ngoc, the film also has the participation of People's Artist Hong Van, People's Artist Viet Anh, Meritorious Artist Cong Ninh, actors Minh Luan, Tran Kim Hai... The film will be shown in all cinemas nationwide from August 30 (on the occasion of September 2).
