According to the report of Lang Chanh District People's Committee and the results of the actual inspection, due to the impact of storm No. 3 and storm circulation, in Lang Chanh District there was prolonged heavy rain, causing a landslide behind the construction site of Lam Phu Secondary School, including a 2-storey, 8-room classroom building, repair and renovation of the administrative - subject building and auxiliary works.
