This is the implementation of the arrangement and reduction of focal points of public service units in the district according to Resolution No. 38/NQ-CP dated April 2, 2024 of the Government and Plan No. 206 - KH/TU dated April 1, 2024 of the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee.

After the merger, Yet Kieu Secondary School has 2 campuses, the main campus in Thuong Bi II village, with an area of ​​over 10,600 m2 , the second campus in Trinh Thanh Van village, with an area of ​​nearly 3,600 m2 ; a total of 22 classes with 825 students and 40 staff, teachers and employees.

Before the merger, Yet Kieu Secondary School had 30 staff, teachers, and employees; 15 classes with 601 students. Trung Khanh Secondary School had 16 staff, teachers, and employees with 7 classes and 224 students.

Assets and equipment serving professional activities of Yet Kieu Secondary School after the merger will inherit and use the existing assets and equipment of Yet Kieu Secondary School and Trung Khanh Secondary School.

In 2019, according to the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Yet Kieu commune was established on the basis of merging 3 communes including Yet Kieu, Trung Khang and Gia Hoa. For the convenience of students going to school, Trung Khanh Secondary School in Yet Kieu commune is still maintained to this day.
