Overview of the workshop.

Mr. Hoang Gia Long, Permanent Vice Chairman of Ha Giang Provincial People's Committee informed: Ha Giang province currently has more than 28 thousand intellectuals working in the province. The province's intellectuals actively participate in all fields of work, holding important positions in Party and State agencies, socio-political organizations, and enterprises; playing a core, direct, and leading role in research, innovation, and application of scientific and technological knowledge into practical activities, creating material and spiritual values to serve people's lives and the development of the province.

In order for award-winning projects to be widely applied in life, according to experts, the State needs to have policies to encourage the use of domestically produced products that are cheaper, faster and have the same quality as imported products. At the same time, provide loans to expand production and consumption of products of award-winning projects. In addition, the State needs to have a policy of deducting rewards from the profits of projects and solutions to reward authors who have created and organized the application of scientific and technological products.
