Power units under EVNSPC arrange reasonable power source and grid operation methods to ensure safety and reliability under normal conditions and flexible switching in case of incidents; prioritize ensuring electricity at the locations of exam questions of the Ministry of Education and Training, locations of exam questions printing and copying, exam organization and grading locations in provinces and cities.
EVNSPC also directed the city, town, district and county power companies to proactively work and coordinate with the Steering Committee and local high school examination councils to grasp the list, locations and electricity demand, ensuring stable electricity supply; Develop plans and organize electricity at the locations of the Ministry of Education and Training's exam questions, locations of exam printing and grading, and locations of exam organization and grading in provinces and cities; ensure 24/7 electricity at locations of exam printing and copying.
In addition, the electricity sector also organizes on-site incident handling and electrical repairs during the 2024 high school graduation exam at power plants with exam locations, working locations of the Steering Committee, and Examination Councils. Prepare sufficient manpower, materials, equipment, means of transport, and backup generators to promptly handle incidents, switch operating methods, or run backup generators, and quickly restore power to exam locations when incidents occur.
In particular, EVNSPC does not implement the planned power supply reduction that affects the power supply to the above locations from 00:00 on June 26 to 24:00 on June 29, except for incident handling. Update statistics of all exam invigilation and grading locations in provinces and cities; Organize on-call incident handling and power repair during the exam at power companies with exam locations, working locations of the Steering Committee and Examination Councils.
