During the peak of Lunar New Year 2025, Tan Son Nhat airport served 26,459 flights, with 4,073,584 passengers.


On February 13, Tan Son Nhat International Airport (ACV) said that during the peak of the Lunar New Year 2025, Tan Son Nhat Airport served 26,459 flights, with 4,073,584 passengers.

Tan Son Nhat Airport serves more than 4 million passengers during Tet 2025.

Specifically, from January 14, 2025 to February 12, 2025, Tan Son Nhat airport will serve 26,459 flights, an average of 882 flights/day.

Of which, there are 8,965 international flights and 17,494 domestic flights. On the two peak days (January 23 and 24, 2025), on December 24 and December 25 of the lunar calendar, the airport serves 1,003 and 1,002 flights, respectively.

The total number of passengers during peak season was 4,073,584 passengers, an average of 135,786 passengers/day. Of these, there were 1,544,721 international passengers and 2,528,863 domestic passengers.

On the peak day (February 2, 2025), the 5th day of the first lunar month, the airport served 156,895 passengers.

Compared to 2024, the number of flights increased by 7.99% (domestic increased by 7.52%, international increased by 8.90%). Compared to 2023, the number of flights increased by 5.77%. Compared to 2020, flights increased by 1.82%.

In terms of passengers, compared to 2024, it increased by 6.55% and increased by 8.06% compared to 2023.
