Samsung Galaxy S24 is expected to launch in January 2024 and will feature AI Live Translation Call, which will translate different languages in real time while the phone call is in progress.

Initially, the new feature will support the most popular languages like English and Spanish, before adding Korean, Japanese and more.
AI Live Translation Call relies on a Gaussian generative artificial intelligence model and Samsung's proprietary processor. It is available to both the listener and the caller, making conversations between people who speak different languages smoother and with almost no delay.
This new feature works even when users are chatting with people who don't have Samsung phones. It will also display the translation right on the screen.
Instant translation is a convenient feature that can help two people who do not speak the same language understand each other better. Accordingly, users just need to speak into the microphone, and the sentence will immediately be translated into the desired language of the other person.
