Sacombank offers cashback, fee refund and 24k SBJ gold gifts In order to increase benefits for customers participating in Dai-ichi Life Vietnam insurance distributed through Sacombank , from now until December 31, Sacombank has spent more than 17 billion VND to launch many promotional programs with the theme "When Life is a Journey" including attractive cashback, fee refund and 24k SBJ gold gifts. Specifically, from August 22 to November 30, Corporate customers who participate in 4 or more life insurance contracts for their employees will be refunded up to 15% of the total first-term premium, up to 20 million VND. Customers who participate in a cancer insurance contract (K-Care) on the Sacombank Pay application will be refunded 10% of the premium and up to 15% if the customer registers for additional payment entrustment services for the contract. K-Care is a product for customers aged 18 to 60 with outstanding benefits during and after cancer treatment and protection of up to 500 million VND . Insurance benefits have been paid to more than 21,600 customers. From September 4 to November 30, individual customers participating in life insurance contracts with a minimum initial premium of VND 15 million will receive a gift of VND 300,000 - VND 500,000 and up to 1 SBJ 24k gold bar if they have a term deposit balance of VND 50 million at Sacombank. From now until the end of 2024, existing life insurance customers (buyers or insured persons of contracts issued before August 22) who successfully refer friends and relatives to participate in insurance contracts for the first time at Sacombank with an initial premium of VND 15 million will receive 5% of this premium (maximum VND 5 million/contract). Also during this period, customers who pay the renewal fee for the second year of their insurance contract and register for installment payment at a Sacombank transaction point will receive a 100% refund of the installment conversion fee. Sacombank and Dai-ichi Life Vietnam have cooperated exclusively to distribute insurance through banks (Bancassurance) since September 6, 2017. After 7 years of cooperation, the two units are taking care of financial plans for more than 570,000 families with a second-year contract retention rate of 54.8%. This is one of the measures of the quality of initial consultation and after-sales customer service of Sacombank.
