World and Vietnam Newspaper updates MU player transfer news that took place in the past hours.
Rasmus Hojlund is expected to wear the number 17 shirt of MU.
New signing Rasmus Hojlund has yet to receive an official shirt number at Old Trafford. If Fred leaves MU, the Danish striker will take the number 17 shirt he wore at Atalanta.
Hojlund has just had a spectacular debut at Old Trafford, after signing a 5-year contract with the Red Devils.
Notably, in his debut in front of thousands of spectators at the "theater", the shirt that Rasmus Hojlund held up did not have a specific name or number printed on it.
Due to an injury sustained during training at Atalanta, Hojlund is expected to miss two weeks and the first two rounds of the 2023/24 Premier League.
Talking about his new student, coach Ten Hag happily said: "Hojlund is a direct striker who always aims for the goal. He also knows how to put pressure and has a good physical foundation and fitness.
Along with Rashford, Hojlund can score from many angles. The Danish striker has great potential and the coaching staff will fully support Hojlund to integrate quickly and shine in the new environment."

MU hopes to sell Fred and Anthony Martial
Sportsmail said that MU has not yet decided which shirt number Rasmus Hojlund will wear because they want to wait for more transfer moves at the club next week.
At Atalanta, Rasmus Hojlund wore the number 17 shirt, having previously worn the number 9 shirt at Sturm Graz. These numbers currently belong to Fred and Anthony Martial, two players who are on the list of players to be sold by the Manchester club.
Martial has received little interest and is likely to stay put. However, Fred has been linked with both Galatasaray and Fulham.
MU hopes to receive 20 million pounds from selling the Brazilian midfielder. However, the price offered by the two teams above still does not meet the requirements (the highest is 12 million pounds).
In the coming days, if the Red Devils reach an agreement to transfer Fred, the number 17 shirt will belong to new recruit Rasmus Hojlund.

The reason MU postponed buying Sofyan Amrabat
Captain Erik ten Hag said that MU's summer transfer plan is still continuing after welcoming the third new player, Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta.
Previously, MU welcomed midfielder Mason Mount and goalkeeper Andre Onana to meet the needs of players suitable for the playing style and requirements of coach Erik ten Hag.
MU's next target is Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat, but they are currently postponing the deal because they need to wait for Fred and Van de Beek to be sold.
Coach Erik ten Hag declared that MU does not spend more or less than other teams, because the Premier League is fierce and all teams are buying to strengthen their squad.
However, statistics show that, although he only arrived at Old Trafford last year, the former Ajax captain has spent more money on shopping for the Red Devils than coach Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool in the past 8 years (396 million Euros compared to 356 million Euros).
