The Institute for Cultural Development and Community Health Care is a scientific and technological organization under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, operating under the Law on Science and Technology. The Institute held an official launching ceremony to introduce the Institute's Board of Management, the Institute's Board of Directors; the Scientific Council; the Institute's professional units; and at the same time introduce some typical activities and outstanding achievements of the Institute in the past time.

At the launching ceremony, the leaders of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations announced and awarded the Decision to appoint the positions of the Management Board and the Board of Directors of the Institute for Cultural Development and Community Health Care.

As one of the key officials honored to receive the Decision of appointment as Chairman of the Scientific Council on Education, Training and International Cooperation of the Institute, Doctor and Expert Nguyen Duy Cuong affirmed that the Institute always pays attention to and develops human resources to increasingly perfect the apparatus and well perform the assigned tasks of the Institute.

Since its establishment, the Institute has carried out many topics and activities in the fields of medicine, traditional medicine, public health care, application of conservation and development of traditional medicine combined with modern medicine.

At the same time, we consult, invest, develop community health care strategies, train, and organize conferences, scientific seminars... in the fields of medicine, traditional medicine and community health care.

Speaking at the event, comrade Le Quoc Minh said that our Party always pays attention to cultural development and community health care, as well as organizing many meaningful events to affirm the role of culture and health care in society. Therefore, the establishment of the Institute for Cultural Development and Community Health Care will contribute to the effective implementation of these two tasks.

Comrade Le Quoc Minh highly appreciated the meaningful activities of the Institute in recent times, with a team of experienced experts, monks, monks, physicians, doctors... participating in the Scientific Council and the Management Council.
