The film “Rising Dawn” consists of 7 episodes with a duration of 45 minutes each. The film will start airing on QTV1 from 8:50 pm today (November 27) and on QTV3 from 11:00 am tomorrow (November 28). The film is set at a number of coal mining companies and especially famous scenic spots and tourist areas of Quang Ninh province, stretching from Dong Trieu to Mong Cai.

Through the film, the audience can admire a Quang Ninh with beautiful nature and prosperous life. The film has promoted the image of Quang Ninh with all 6 characteristics: beautiful nature, unique culture, civilized society, transparent administration, developed economy, happy people.
