On the morning of September 23, the 11th Congress of Binh Duong Provincial Trade Union, term 2023-2028, entered its third working day and held the closing session of the Congress. Here, Binh Duong Provincial Trade Union introduced the new Executive Committee of 47 members, the Standing Committee of 15 members, and the Inspection Committee of 14 members.
Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan was re-elected as President of the Provincial Federation of Labor for the 11th term, 2023 - 2028. The four Vice Presidents include: Ms. Nguyen Hoang Bao Tran, Ms. Ong Thuy Hoang Mai, Mr. Dang Trung Dung and Mr. Nguyen Tan Dat.

The 11th Binh Duong Provincial Trade Union Congress called on all cadres, union members, workers, civil servants and trade unions at all levels in the province to uphold the spirit of responsibility, promote the tradition of the working class, solidarity and creativity.

However, there are also some important indicators that are slow to implement and the results achieved are not high.
The goal of the 2023-2028 term is to improve the effectiveness of trade union activities, focus on performing well its functions and tasks, promptly meeting requirements in the new situation, focusing on representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers....
The specific task set out is that by 2028, the whole province will have about 1.2 million union members; at least 83% of enterprises and units with union organizations are qualified to represent, negotiate and sign collective labor agreements in accordance with the law.
Union members and workers in need of housing are allowed to rent, buy, or hire-purchase 45% - 50% of the apartments in social housing projects for workers in Binh Duong province.
