Decision to establish Que Son District Party Committee under Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee

The functions and tasks of the Que Son District Party Committee (new) are implemented according to the Party Charter and the regulations and instructions of the Central Committee on implementing the Party Charter.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee is responsible for appointing the District Party Executive Committee, the District Party Standing Committee, the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Que Son District Party Committee; advising the Provincial Party Committee to decide on the transfer of the Party organization and Party members of the Nong Son District Party Committee to the Que Son District Party Committee (new).

The Provincial Party Standing Committee leads and directs the Que Son District Party Committee (new) to elect the Inspection Committee and Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the District Party Committee (new); decides to establish new grassroots party organizations on the basis of merged grassroots party organizations; decides to establish advisory and support agencies for the District Party Committee and the District Political Center.

The Executive Committee of the Que Son District Party Committee (new) for the 2020 - 2025 term is responsible for receiving relevant records and documents; party organizations and party members of the Nong Son District Party Committee and the Que Son District Party Committee (old) in accordance with current regulations.

Develop additional goals, directions, tasks and solutions to implement the political tasks of the Que Son District Party Committee (new) for the 2020 - 2025 term. Develop the Working Regulations of the Executive Committee of the Que Son District Party Committee (new) according to regulations.

Decision No. 1704 takes effect from January 1, 2025.
