In 2024, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center advised the Provincial People's Committee Office to submit to the Provincial People's Committee to issue documents to implement the digitization of records and results of administrative procedure settlement (TTHC) on the Provincial TTHC Settlement Information System and at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center; issued documents to implement to improve the quality of digitizing results of TTHC, solutions on digital signature, synchronizing data of TTHC records to the National Public Service Portal.
In addition, the center also performs well the tasks of receiving and returning results of handling administrative procedures on the provincial electronic one-stop information system and the provincial public service portal; operating and maintaining the online public service portal, deploying online public services; maintaining and implementing the provincial administrative procedure handling information system; implementing fee collection, charges, and non-cash payments on the national public service portal and on the provincial electronic one-stop software, applying innovative solutions to improve the quality of handling administrative procedures.
Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong praised the results that the Provincial Public Administration Service Center has achieved in the past time, especially the results in handling administrative procedures, returning documents before the deadline, on time, meeting the satisfaction of people and businesses.
The Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: In the coming time, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center will continue to promote the application of scientific and technological advances, digital transformation, have many new initiatives, closely follow the direction of the central government and the province to more strongly deploy professional work; further improve the rate of handling administrative procedures correctly and on time; make efforts to support and guide customers to use online public services. Strive to be the leading unit in administrative reform and digital transformation of the province; aim for each service to be enjoyed and applied by the people...
Visiting Quang Tri Clean Water Joint Stock Company, after listening to the unit's leaders report on the results achieved in 2024 and the plan for 2025, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong noted that in the coming time, the company needs to continue to ensure a stable supply of clean water for people; have a proactive plan to supply water in the hot weather in the upcoming summer.
There is a plan to expand production and business activities as well as scale and environment to serve people, especially in the eastern areas of Vinh Linh district, the western areas of Huong Hoa and Dakrong districts, the southern areas of Hai Lang and Trieu Phong districts, industrial parks, economic zones, and dynamic projects in the province.
At the same time, well prepare conditions in terms of human resources, material resources, science and technology to welcome the wave of large investment projects about to be implemented in the locality; ensure water supply for people's lives as well as production and business activities in the area, actively contributing to the socio-economic development achievements of the province.
