On the evening of October 26, the kick-boxing and muay martial arts event called Grand Strikeforce Vol 1: Full Impact officially took place in Ba Ria - Vung Tau. In the most anticipated match at the event, the brightest talent of Vietnamese kick-boxing - Kieu Duy Quan had a satisfying knock-out victory over Taiwanese boxer Ping Yun Deng, in the 75 kg weight class.

Facing the experienced Ping Yun Deng, who had the advantage in terms of physique and had 12 wins after 18 matches, Kieu Duy Quan still entered the match strongly with an accurate kick that stunned his opponent.

The 22-year-old Vietnamese boxer was not afraid to approach and exchange blows. Duy Quan's ability to attack quickly and powerfully caused Ping Yun Deng to be continuously hit in the first round. In the second round, Ping Yun Deng actively attacked more to get the score. Duy Quan counterattacked with 2 heavy low kicks that knocked his opponent to the floor. The Vietnamese boxer continuously launched kicks that destroyed the opponent's legs, leaving Ping Yun Deng unable to compete.

The referee declared a knockout victory for Kieu Duy Quan with more than 1 minute left in the second round. This result helped Kieu Duy Quan increase his professional record to 3 wins.

The remaining representative of Vietnam in the ring on the evening of October 26, Hoang Dinh Manh, also had a dramatic victory over Australian boxer Dassakorn Saton, in the 65 kg weight class. The 18-year-old talent of Vietnam, who won the silver medal at the 2024 U.23 Muay World Championship, played proactively, pressing his opponent from the start and launching many accurate punches.

Despite his physical disadvantage, Dinh Manh defended himself well against powerful attacks from his opponent. After 3 rounds, 2/3 of the judges scored the victory for Dinh Manh, helping the 18-year-old boxer have his first professional victory in his career.

In the main event, Australian boxer Louis Abbot surprisingly won by decision against famous Thai opponent Saksurin in the 82kg weight class. Saksurin has 175 wins in 232 professional matches.

Meanwhile, in the opening match of the event in the 57 kg weight class, Balihenbeile (China) knocked out Lee Sang-min (Korea) with a heavy left hook, when the first round had not even passed 1 minute.

In other notable results, Hong Yang Wu (China) won by knockout over Kim Tae-kyung (South Korea) with a powerful right punch to the stomach, ending the match in the first round. Hamidzah Khaivi Araz (Iran) won by points over Deren Chen (Australia) in the 67kg weight class. Australian-Korean female boxer Jane Koo won by points over Nakamura Akari in the 51kg weight class. Woo Seung-min (South Korea) won by points over Wong Chiu Wai (Hong Kong) in the 71kg weight class.

The Grand Strikeforce Vol 1: Full Impact event ended successfully, bringing eye-catching competitions to domestic and international martial arts fans. In addition, the event also created a quality playground, helping Vietnamese martial artists compete and gain experience against international opponents.
