At the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Hong Duong, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, launched the movement "Youth for the Party". This is an emulation movement launched to strengthen and supplement the "youth" for the Party, create a source of successor cadres, ensure a continuous and stable transition between generations of cadres and party members, contribute to improving the quality of party member development, meeting the development requirements of Quang Ninh province in the period of 2024 - 2025 and until 2030.

The emulation movement targets Party committees, Party organizations, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels; agencies, units, localities, enterprises in the province; young Party members, union members and youth in Quang Ninh province.

The emulation movement aims to improve the quality of party members, create an environment for training, competition, motivation, encouragement, and motivation for young party members, youth union members, students; focus on early education of revolutionary ideals, Party building, building an independent, democratic, prosperous Vietnam, a fair and civilized society; increase the number of young party members, focusing on quality, ensuring the continuity and continuous development of the Party.

At the same time, the movement aims to promote propaganda, training, education on ethics, viewpoints, goals, and revolutionary ideals of the Party, helping young party members, union members, students and pupils to have correct awareness, determine the motivation to cultivate, strive, train and mature; strive to become good citizens, good party members; focus on propaganda, praise, and replication of advanced examples and typical examples in implementing the movement; associated with the implementation of the movement to Study and follow Uncle Ho. On the other hand, strengthen the leadership and direction of party committees at all levels and mobilize the participation of the entire political system to effectively carry out the work of developing party members in the province.

Develop solutions to consolidate, innovate content and form, improve the quality of activities of grassroots political and social organizations, attract, gather and develop union members. Discover and create sources for developing party members for grassroots party cells and committees. Union chapters at all levels organize well campaigns and movements such as: "Union members and youth strive to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam", "Youth volunteers", "Creative youth", "Union member training program", "5 good students", "3 good students", "3 trained students"...

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: The movement "Youth for the Party" does not stop at achieving the goals of developing party members but must aim at building and fostering revolutionary ideals, loyalty to the Party and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the new situation, before the new requirements of the revolutionary cause under the leadership of the Party; as well as originating from the characteristics of Quang Ninh province, with the tradition and strength of "Discipline and Unity", where the province's value system has been affirmed with the typical values: "Beautiful nature - Unique culture - Civilized society - Transparent administration - Developed economy - Happy people".

He requested the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to preside over and closely coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and agencies and units to continue to concretize the emulation movement's contents. In particular, guiding Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, agencies and units to step up propaganda and orientation work for cadres, Party members and people on Party member development work; improve the quality and effectiveness of Party awareness and political theory classes for new Party members; and disseminate new models, good, creative and effective practices in Party member development work.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee advises the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to direct district, town, city and affiliated party committees to plan the arrangement and use of young party members in the direction of strengthening the challenge of political qualities, while planning, training and fostering before the grassroots party committees consider and introduce sources of cadres from outstanding and outstanding young party members for the 2025-2030 term and subsequent terms.

The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee guides the training of union members, the training program for union members; the process and procedures for introducing, nurturing, and training outstanding union members for the Party organization to consider and nurture for admission into the Party. Strengthen propaganda and education on political and ideological work, raise awareness about the Party; make union members and young people, especially students, aware of learning about the Party early, forming the consciousness to strive to become party members, and live responsibly towards the Party.

The Standing Committees of district, town, city Party Committees and affiliated Party Committees regularly review, discover and introduce positive factors, especially young people, students with achievements, prestige and exemplary performance in studying, working and producing, to nurture and create sources of recruitment; develop Party member development plans suitable to the practical situation of the locality, agency and unit; do not pursue achievements and reduce the quality of newly recruited Party members.

At the same time, continue to effectively carry out the work of training, fostering and training young party members in the direction of closely following the requirements of the tasks, closely associated with cultivating and training revolutionary ethics, building a team of young cadres and party members who are both "red" and "professional"; create conditions for young party members to actively and excellently complete the party's tasks at the grassroots level with a proactive and creative spirit, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the party organization; strive to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

For the youth union members who are striving to stand in the Party's ranks and the young Party members, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that regardless of their field, they are all subjects that need the Party's attention, care and recognition of their efforts. Each young Party member must constantly cultivate, train, improve their political and intellectual qualities and must know how to live with loyalty; must cultivate for themselves revolutionary ideals and know how to contribute and sacrifice unconditionally for the Party and the Fatherland before being discovered, cared for and trusted by the Party to entrust them with important tasks and responsibilities.

Through the exchange of emotions of the participating actors, the filming process; the message of the film sent to the audience, the reason for naming the film “Peach, Pho and Piano” helped delegates and the audience understand more about the profound meaning that the film brings.

“Peach, Pho and Piano” is a historical war film directed by Phi Tien Son set in the context of the Hanoi Winter-Spring battle of 1946-1947 in the last days before our troops withdrew to the Viet Bac resistance base.

The film was commissioned by the government on a historical theme; it was successful in attracting audiences of all ages, especially young audiences. The film was broadcast by young people who love history and became famous for arousing patriotism about a glorious period in which our ancestors lived, fought and sacrificed to protect their homeland and country. After the exchange, delegates and guests watched the film “Peach, Pho and Piano”.
