The Provincial People's Committee also requested that the implementation of the movement avoid overlap in resource mobilization, avoid duplication or omission of beneficiaries. The organization of Tet gift giving must ensure solemnity, publicity, transparency, and the right recipients...
Provincial departments, branches, sectors, associations and unions coordinate with the Provincial Red Cross Society to propagate and mobilize cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers... to actively respond to the movement; coordinate to help and create conditions for Red Cross Societies at all levels to successfully implement the "Humanitarian Tet" movement in the Spring of Giap Thin - 2024.
The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities are responsible for directing relevant departments, offices, People's Committees of communes, wards and towns to coordinate with the Red Cross Society at the same level to participate in propaganda and mobilize cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers... to respond to the movement, contributing to showing concern and care for the poor, people in difficult circumstances, and vulnerable people with the motto "No poor or disadvantaged person does not receive Tet gifts".
At the same time, encourage and motivate organizations, individuals, businesses, philanthropists, etc. to participate in supporting the movement in the locality; direct the organization of Tet gift giving by the Red Cross to ensure the right recipients.
