Summarizing Resolution No. 18 is an especially important task that must be carried out with the highest determination and drastic actions to continue innovating and streamlining the political system's apparatus to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently; and must be implemented from the grassroots level upwards.
It is necessary to conduct objectively, democratically, scientifically, specifically, deeply, receptively, closely, and appropriately with the practical situation, closely following the Constitution, Political Platform, Party Statutes, Party principles, Central resolutions, and directions of the Politburo and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Evaluate the advantages and impacts of implementing the new model, creating high unity throughout the political system in terms of awareness and action during the implementation process.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee assigned the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation; the Provincial People's Committee Party Executive Committee; advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Political School, and Quang Nam Newspaper to summarize the implementation of Resolution No. 18.
The Party Delegation of the Provincial People's Council synthesizes and reports the results of the implementation of Resolution No. 18 of the agencies under the Provincial People's Council; the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee synthesizes and reports the results of the implementation of the government sector.
On that basis, agencies, units and organizations in the political system propose tasks and solutions to innovate and rearrange the organizational model of the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term and of agencies under the government to be streamlined, operate effectively and efficiently, and meet the requirements of tasks in the new period; send a report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee (through the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board) before December 10, 2024.
The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee was assigned by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to summarize the results of the implementation of Resolution No. 18 and proposals from agencies, units and organizations in the political system.
Advise on drafting a summary report of Resolution No. 18, proposing innovation and reorganization of the political system to ensure streamlining, effective and efficient operations, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period, submitting to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for approval and sending a report to the Central Steering Committee before December 31, 2024.
In addition, the Provincial Party Standing Committee requests the Party Delegation of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the province, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee; the Provincial Police, Provincial Military, Provincial Border Guard Party Committees; the Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Committees; the Provincial People's Court Party Committees, the Provincial People's Procuracy; the district, town and city Party Committees, based on the Plan, to summarize the implementation of Resolution No. 18 and report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee within the prescribed time.
