In particular, the book rotation program to prisons and border areas continues to be promoted, demonstrating a profound humanitarian spirit in bringing books to all classes of people.

Cultural leaders expect that, through a series of diverse activities, Book and Reading Culture Day 2025 will not just stop at a festival, but will truly become a catalyst for the journey of building a community that loves books, knows how to read, knows how to think and knows how to share knowledge.
